Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson Admits to Steroid Use in College | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Ru

During a recent interview with MTV to promote his new movie "Race to With Mountain," Dwayne Johnson admitted to using steroids while playing football for the University of Miami.

Does that sound a lot like A-Rod's admission to anyone else? But Johnson won't be vilified the way Rodriguez has, I'm sure.

If Johnson took steroids while playing collegiate football then why would he stop when he became "The Rock" in World Wrestling Entertainment?

WWE is known for its long history of steroid abuser and chairman Vince McMahon turning a blind eye to what goes on with wrestlers. That point was driven home once again last week with the death of Andrew "Test" Martin.

Obviously it wouldn't be a big shock if Johnson were using steroids while wrestling, his physique changed mightily throughout his first few years in the then-WWF.

But if Congress and pundits want to argue that A-Rod, Barry Bonds, and Roger Clemens are villains because kids look up to them, one could make the argument that "The Rock" has just as many kids who idolize him as a role model.
